Introduction to Mindful Meditation    What is Meditation? In today’s very busy modern world, many are feeling an intuitive and fundamental desire for silence and inner peace. Turning to meditation to practice therapeutic breathing and to take a moment of calm reflection, can reduce stress and help us relax; but, it can also give us a lot more. Learning to quiet the mind and detach from our thoughts helps us be in the current moment, allowing us to unlock our creative potential. Meditation helps you to let go of worries and teaches you how to heal mind and body by using simple techniques for relieving pain and inner suffering. In “Introduction to Mindful Meditation”, students will learn: Ω The principles and benefits of developing a meditation practice Ω Proper positioning for meditation Ω Breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind Ω Healing and balancing their energy centers (The chakras) Ω Connecting to the higher self Ω How to channel and evoke their inner healer Ω Accessing universal wisdom through guided imagery

Pilates EXO Chair Class Package    This package consists of twelve Pilates EXO Chair Classes to give you a strength training experience that will change your entire body. With use of heavier spring loaded resistance, you will strengthen your core muscles and tone your entire body.

Pilates Reformer Class Package    This package consists of twelve Pilates Reformer Classes to lengthen and strengthen your body in a gentle yet challenging way. Our elegant Balanced Body studio reformers will help you achieve the look of having long, lean, toned muscles like never before!
Prerequisites:
Beginner Package (Pilates or Yoga)    This package consists of three Private Pilates or Yoga Lessons and it is great for anyone that is new to Pilates or Yoga. You will gain valuable information on how to position and align your body while correcting faulty movement patterns and postural issues.
Prerequisites:
Pilates or Yoga Mat Class Package    This package consists of twelve Pilates Mat or Yoga Mat Classes. You can reserve a mat anytime in either Pilates or Yoga Mat classes and gain knowledge from both of these time-honored movement practices to help you understand your body better. You will learn how to stretch the areas of your body that are feeling tight and strengthen the areas of your body that are feeling weak.
Prerequisites:
Private Session Package (Pilates or Yoga)    This package consists of twelve Pilates Private Lessons and it is all about you! Our highly trained instructors will guide you to achieve the results that you want and tailor every one hour session to your body. This results oriented package will give you the confidence to start practicing at home and how to use your Pilates awareness in everyday life!
Prerequisites:
Semi-private Session Package    This package consists of twelve Pilates Semi- private Lessons. It’s all about fun and sharing because you participate with a friend! Both of you will enjoy a workout that is tailored to your body. Flexibility and strength are the key focus areas in this lesson.

Prerequisites: 1 year experience teaching movement, anatomy, 20 Pilates Mat class sessions.
Rolling for Length, Rolling for Strength    The Foam Roller, originally designed as packing material will have you packing your classes with moves that lengthen, strengthen and feel great. For a challenge, offer a great Reformer on the Mat class and if you want to make your clients feel good, learn how to sequence a self massage program to speed up recovery. The Roller offers something for everyone.

Small Ball Magic    Make boredom disappear and health and vitality return using 2", 5" and 13" balls for classes that stimulate, educate, strengthen and release. Whether you want to loosen a tight spot, strengthen a weak one or add energy to the whole body, small balls can speed you on your way.

Private or Semi-private Lesson    Pilates Private or Semi-private Lessons are a great way to receive corrective posture assessment and exercise prescription to change your body for life! You will become more knowledgeable of your own faulty posture problems and how to reprogram your body to become more mobile, flexible, strong and pain free!
