Pilates Reformer 1
Pilates Reformer 1 is for clients that are new to this peice of apparatus and looking for a small group experience with a maximum of 5 participants. You will gain strength and flexibility while working with resistance in a variety of exercises that work the entire body.
Prerequisites: 15 Pilates Mat Classes.

EXO Chair 2
EXO Chair class delivers a unique and fun, full body workout. Functional resistance training is the main focus in this class and you will strengthen and tone your entire body.

Core Yoga 1
Core Yoga 1 concentrates on proper technique and alignment in a variety of postures that open up tight spots, balance the nervous and endocrine systems and help you unwind after a hectic day.

Pilates Mat 1
This class is designed for clients new to Pilates exercise. Pilates principals with fundamental exercises set the groundwork for body awareness, proper breathing, joint mobility and flexibility. As the session progresses, you will learn more targeted exercises to strength your entire body.

Yoga and Relaxation with Helene
This healing and rejuvenating class will help you find a deep sense of relaxation. Helene will guide you with gentle stretches that feel good for helping you unwind at the end of the day. With guided imagery and mediation, you will be sure to a have peaceful night of sleep!

Core Yoga 123
This class is suitable for Yoga students of all levels and will leave you feeling relaxed and connected in your body. You will learn a series of hip and shoulder openers to enhance your alignment in a variety of Hatha Yoga postures. Bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets will be used in each class for added support and comfort.

Core Yoga 2
Deepen your Yoga practice at an intermediate level. The class focus is on opening the hips, the shoulder girdle and preparation for inversions. This class balances your energy levels and leaves you feeling strong & centred in your body.

Light on Yoga
Dr. Alex Audette teaches with an informative approach to beginner and intermediate Hatha Yoga students wanting to learn postures (asana) from B.K.S. Iyengar’s classic text Light on Yoga. Inversions, balancings, back bends, cycles of Sirsasana (headstand), Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), and Padmasana (lotus) will be explored. Pranayama (yogic breathing) will be taught as well as traditional names of asana and their health benefits.

Myofascial Rolling for Length & Strength
This class will leave you feeling absolutely amazing in your body! This class is designed to release tension in areas that are tight in order to optimize function of the associated joints. The exercises performed with the foam roll and small balls help create balance, length & strength in the body.

Pilates Mat 2
This class targets abdominal and back muscles for strength, power and flexibility. You will feel your ‘core’ get stronger each week and regain a sense of power through your midriff. You will leave each class feeling strong and supported from the inside out.

Standing Pilates
This class builds on core activation from Pilates Mat work to standing and more functional movement. This class improves muscular balance around joints and builds bone density. You will feel the results once you take this new awareness to the street!
Prerequisites: Pilates Basics.

Pilates Mat 3
In this class exercises become more complex. Balance is challenged in a range of positions and muscular endurance is emphasized. Core muscles are addressed and inner unit connections are the centre stage while the integrity of the entire body comes more to the forefront at this stage. The result is improved performance in just about everything you do including sports, dance and daily activities.

Pilates Mat 123
This class is designed for clients of all levels. You begin with key fundamental Pilates movements and then progresses into a challenging intermediate exercises with modfications. You will feel an overall body challenge with exercises that strengthen your core and improve your flexibility. At the end of this class, you will feel taller, more stretched and centred!

Pilates Private or Semi-private Lessons are a great way to receive corrective posture assessment and exercise prescription to change your body for life! You will become more knowledgeable of your own faulty posture problems and how to reprogram your body to beome mobile, flexible, strong and pain free!
